At Acacia Holistic Health, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict No Refund Policy on all services and products.
Services

• Once a service has been performed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
• If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us before leaving the spa, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
• Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the service for possible adjustments. Adjustments will be offered at the discretion of management and must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.

Deposits & Cancellations
​
• All deposits for appointments are non-refundable but may be transferred to reschedule an appointment if a 24-hour notice is provided.
• No-shows and cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Retail Products
​
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges on skincare, body care, or other retail products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
